An eligible coach must apply for membership on the official RIFNA Coach Membership Form (See Head Coach AP\pplication and Head Coach Release forms below).  The Coach Membership Application must be submitted to the Business Office of RIFNA along with proof of CPR certification and  proof of Individual Professional Liability showing RIFNA as a certificate holder at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the first show in which Coach’s riders plan to participate.  Proof of insurance renewal must be filed with RIFNA within thirty (30) days after the date of renewal to remain in good standing.  

Assistant Coach Membership is available to any person meeting the following criteria:

·         Has previous equestrian coaching/riding experience

·         Is at least 19 years of age

·         Is a high school (or GED) graduate

·         Is CPR certified (current)

·         Is affiliated with an active RIFNA Coach Member

·         Has an individual professional liability insurance policy with minimum liability coverage of $500,000 per accident

An eligible assistant coach must apply for membership on the official RIFNA Assistant Coach Membership Form (see Assistant Coach applicationa and Assistant Coach Release below).  The Assistant Coach Membership Application must be submitted to the Business Office of RIFNA along with proof of CPR certification and proof of Individual Professional Liability showing RIFNA as a certificate holder at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the first show in which Assistant Coach’s riders plan to participate.  Proof of insurance renewal must be filed with RIFNA within thirty (30) days after the date of renewal to remain in good standing.
