All RIFNA recognized shows shall be governed by RIFNA rules, regulations and standards and shall include all levels of competitors in one or more disciplines.  Said rules, regulations and standards may be changed from time to time by the RIFNA Board of Directors as required to ensure the continued safety of horse and rider and to maintain the quality of competition.  RIFNA sanctioned shows shall be classified as “Sanctioned Shows”, “Tournaments”, “Invitational Meets”, “Regional Finals”,  “State Finals”, “Zone Finals” and “North American Championship."   It will be the responsibility of the Show Hosts to provide suitable facilities, horses, tack and equipment for each competition.  RIFNA rules shall govern all classes held at RIFNA sanctioned shows.
