RIFNA offers a student rider the opportunity to school and show in any (or all) of three disciplines:  Hunter Equitation, Dressage, and Western.  Each discipline will offer 16 classes to give each rider the opportunity to excel at a level he or she is comfortable with.  The RIFNA team coach will review each student's riding ability and assign the student to the appropriate class within the discipline.

If a student who wishes to compete in more than one discipline (i.e., Western and Dressage, Dressage and Hunter/Equitation, Hunter/Equitation and Western, or all three), that student can only compete one level lower in his/her weaker discipline than he/she is classified in their stronger discipline.
