RIFNA members earn points and ribbons in each competition.  The points accumulated count towards the member's qualifying for Regional Finals. 

Individual riders competing in RIFNA-sanctioned Invitational Meets will be scored as follows:

Placement	Points Earned	Ribbon Color
1st place:	8 points	Blue
2nd place:	7 points	Red

Individuals riders competing in Sanctioned Shows or Tournaments will be scored as follows:

1st Place:	16 points	Blue
2nd place:	14 points	Red
3rd place:	12 points	Yellow
4th Place:	10 points	White
5th Place:	8 points	Pink
6th Place:	6 points	Green
7th Place:	4 points	Gray
